Dr. Nespor is one of the most thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely dedicated veterinarians I have ever worked with. What sets him apart is the time he spends. He doesn’t rush. He listens carefully, asks intelligent questions, and looks at the whole picture — not just symptoms. His consultations are incredibly comprehensive, and you can feel how much he truly cares about getting to the root of an issue rather than offering a quick fix. He has so many creative, well-informed ideas and approaches. You walk away feeling hopeful, supported, and educated — not dismissed. I especially admire that he is currently studying herbal medicine in Mexico to deepen his knowledge and expand what he can offer his clients. For guidance, decisions and preparation of my two young cats for neutering, I have turned to Dr. Nespor for consultation via Zoom. My dogs were patients of Dr. Nespor when he had his practice in San Marcos. I have a 14 year old Chihuahua, Zorro, that was in need of vetrinary care.
