Dr. Nespor has been my integrative DVM for over 5 years. He has consistently provided compassionate care for my all my pets. I've found him to be experienced, well rounded & resourceful in various treatments such as acupuncture, ozone therapy, chiropractic care, homeopathic and laser treatments. His energy remedies have helped me with non chemical flea repellent, immune support and digestive issues. He has always taken the time to thoroughly understand health issues - a rare find. I can’t describe the relief I felt when I found out about Dr. Nespor’s consultation services…. Our local Vet had no other options for our 14 year old Welsh Terrier that was having severe reactions to the strong meds prescribed—yet there seemed to be other avenues people were taking through my online research. I am very satisfied and happy with the consultation I received from Dr Nespor. My dog had injuries and inflammation to both his elbow joints but I was in a difficult place with conflicting diagnoses and recommendations from two veterinarians. Two different paths to follow were provided, one of which was to send my dog to a surgeon (there was nothing my vet could do to help), the other vet was suggesting obscure conditions that did not seem to me, supported by evidence. I requested a consultation from Dr Nespor and he provided me a logical and measured path with recommendations that I could follow. With Dr Nespor's recommendations my dog improved to the point that I could retake him to the vet that referred me to a surgeon and this time with my dog’s improved condition he was able to recommend a reasonable treatment in his office that worked ! I am very grateful to Dr Nespor. He provided me an objective analysis of the test results and status of the dog and saved my dog from needless treatments. And me from endless bills.

I especially admire that he is currently studying herbal medicine in Mexico to deepen his knowledge and expand what he can offer his clients. For guidance, decisions and preparation of my two young cats for neutering, I have turned to Dr. Nespor for consultation via Zoom. And through this experience, I am very pleased and confident that I am receiving the best of advanced veterinarian medicine, as well as, Dr.N's sincere concern for the overall well-being of my little ones.

My dogs were patients of Dr. Nespor when he had his practice in San Marcos. I have a 14 year old Chihuahua, Zorro, that was in need of vetrinary care. After Zorro saw two other vets, I was fortunate to discover Dr. Nespor offers consultations. I had a one hour consultation with him and as expected, I was so encouraged by his holistic recommendations for Zorro. The consult was so thorough and everything was explained so well.
